The lowest price per visit. Kitchens and bathrooms never get far from clean, which suits busy households, kids and pets.

A full reset once a month. Each visit has more to catch up on, so it takes longer and costs more per visit.

Before the first clean, we see the home in person and set a fixed price. No estimate that quietly grows later.

The first clean takes longer
If the home hasn’t had professional care recently, the first visit takes longer and costs more. It only happens once.

Your preferences, your products and the corners that matter to you are written down, so whoever comes already knows them.

What recurring cleaning costs.

Most recurring cleanings run around $150, depending on the size of the home and how often we come. Once we’ve seen the home, the price is fixed.

Do I need to be home?
Not at all. Many of our clients give us access and come home to a finished house. Whatever arrangement makes you comfortable works for us.
What if I need to skip or reschedule a visit?
Let us know at least 24 hours in advance, so we can offer the time to another client. Changes with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, and same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full scheduled amount.
Can I add the oven or the fridge to a regular visit?
Yes. Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, interior windows and hand-scrubbed baseboards are available on any recurring visit.
What if something was missed?
Contact us within 24 hours of your service and we’ll come back to address it at no additional charge. The guarantee covers the areas and tasks included in the scheduled cleaning.
