Remodel dust gets everywhere: on top of door frames, along every baseboard, in window tracks and on each new fixture. Once the crew is done, we take it out of the house, room by room.
How we work
Construction dust doesn’t come off in one pass.
It’s fine enough to settle on every surface and come back an hour later. So we work in an order that keeps it from landing on anything already cleaned.

From the highest point we can safely reach, down. Dust falls, so the floors always come last.

Door frames, cabinet fronts, counters, light switches, sills and baseboards — wiped, not just dusted.

New fixtures, glass and tile cleaned so the finish shows the way it was meant to.

Vacuumed and mopped once everything above them is done.
Before we start
When the crew leaves, we come in.
Every remodel is different, so we quote after seeing the space. Text us a few photos to get started — once we’ve seen it, the price is fixed.
- The work is finished. If trades are still coming back for touch-ups, the dust comes back with them.
- Debris and tools are out. We clean the space; leftover materials and debris go with the crew.
- Water and power are on. We need both to clean properly.
- High spots get flagged. We don’t carry ladders — anything that can’t be safely reached from a step stool, we’ll tell you rather than risk it.

When should I book?
After the last trade has finished. A clean done while work is still happening won’t last, because the next round of work brings the dust right back.
Do you do restoration after fire, smoke or water damage?
No. Extreme restoration work is a job for a specialist, and we’d rather point you to the right one than do it halfway.
Can you keep cleaning the house once it’s finished?
Yes. Once the remodel is done, recurring cleaning keeps it looking that way.
What if something was missed?
Contact us within 24 hours of your service and we’ll come back to address it at no additional charge. The guarantee covers the areas and tasks included in the scheduled cleaning.
